SIP LOG FILE

I have a logfile from an IP-PBX SERVER (unison server - http://www.unison.com) in which im trying to make a SIP CALL. Keep in mind this server is hosted on a cloud using rackspace. As you can see from the 401 code the request is rejected, the question is why? I'm a wireshark newbie so I have no idea what I should be looking for in this log, any help would be greatly appreciated!
