Wiresharks show me "password=**********" how it can be?

I've intercept user authorization on mail server.
i intercept
Login=user456&Domain=mail.ru&Password=**********

authorization was successful but password of course not "10 stars".
so how it can be?
other users and other passwords intercepts perfectly on this server, but it was a strange for this time?
Maybe i should decode it? But how to decode ten values "a2" - it is really ten *.
What is it?
