We are trying to get PCs with Intel 8566MM Gig NICs to capture 802.1ad tagged packets - we can succesfully do it with a Broadcom based NIC. Any ideas? We have tried the Intel fix for capturing 802.1q tagged packets without any luck.
Also, is there a good PCMCIA NIC that can be recommended for doing promiscuous packet capture on Wireshark on XP?
