A plug-in or process to monitor Windows Server NICs?

I’ve gotten Nagios up and running monitoring UNIX hosts with check_iftraffic3.pl. It works great. I’m looking for something similar for Windows Server 2003/2008 hosts.

Ideally I’d like to be able to get the same information / graphing info as I get for UNIX hosts.

Any suggestions, hints, tips would be greatly appreciated.

Not sutre if there’s something ready working… probably.
NSClient++ can get to the informations given by the windows perfomance counters… probably with some scripting it could be adapted to return these values and have the nagios server calculate the traffic and graph it…
