Trying to get check_oracle working with the --login option (dummy login). If I logon to the Nagios server I can execute the command via the shell “check_oracle --login test.world” and it completes fine. I’ve checked and rechecked my path and oracle_home env variables and they’re good…however when I let Nagios run this check “automatically” it returns a error “Cannot determine ORACLE_HOME for sid test.world” there’s got to be a problem somewhere with the path’s I would think… I have “manually” added the ORACLE_HOME path AND $ORACLE_HOME/bin path to the Nagios users env varialbles are there any others that are required?
I’m stumped…
