Capture filter does not

On a network with large amounts of traffic I need to see only data sent to and from 192.10.11.227. I select Capture -> Capture Filter. In **Filter string **enter “host 192.10.11.224” then OK. The capture begins but includes hosts other than *.227. So I click Capture -> Capture Filter again and the **Filter string **does not show my previous entry.
How is the capture option activated?

select Capture -> Capture Filter
Enter a Filter name
Enter a Filter string
Click on New
Click OK
The capture filter is saved.

select Capture -> Interfaces
Click on Options on the interface you want
Click on Capture filter
Select the capture filter previously saved
Click OK
Your capture filter appears into the field.

Click OK to start the capture.
