Check amount of 1 process in windows

Hi,
I am looking for a plugin that checks the amount of 1 process in Windows and gives a critical warning when a threshold is reached. Like you have the check_procs for linux.

I am also interested in something like this. Anyone have come across a “quick” way to monitor processes on windows other than just checking “running” or “stopped”. I would like to know instance numbers as well as, and more importantly, CPU / memory usage.
