This is an out of the box configuration using Nagios3 pulled using apt-get in Ubuntu jaunty release. I installed the nsclient onto a test windows server. Previously I had an issue that the nt.cfg did not have the proper port. After I got that figured out some of the service checks started to work others still will not work and I am (again) pulling my hair out. It seems that nagios3 is having a hard time parsing my service arguments or their is a permission problem (somewhere). I went as far to add additional $ARG#$ into the command.cfg. file to try and get it to work but no dice. Can someone tell me how to debug this? All of the checks work via command line so this makes absolutely no sense. I have a couple screen shots.
