Do nagios run on windows server?

Hello.

i wanna ask if nagios can be installed in windows server (windows server 2003, windows xp etc) in vmware? from most websites that i have went to, they said nagios is only for linux platforms.

So, basically what are the supported platforms for nagios ? Thanks.

ohya, this website > nagios.org/ < i downloaded the nagios, so can i use it for windows server like xp and windows server 2003.

You can try but it’s probably easier to get an old PC and install linux directly and nagios on it…
