Greetings everyone,
I need help configuring the host and service escalation. I did it but is not working properly. I created 3 levels of escalation, but my question will be … where do i have to specify how the escalation will work? If i specify in hostescalation do i have to do something in contact defintion or in hosts.cfg or service.cfg ??
I’m confused, please if anyone has any ideas…i appreciate it if you can share.
