Hi. I’ve got the default admin group setup OK (admins). With two users in it. Get alerts for both users here. no problem.
I’ve created another user, and contact group for one of our clients, so that they can receive a copy of the alerts relating to their windows boxes… and within their config page, i’ve added in the contact group to receive alerts.
saved the config. reloaded it. no errors.
deliberately broke one of their servers (giggle) but only the main contact group (and users) received the alerts. Am i missing something?
