I am using nagios 3.0.6 and am trying to populate an action_url with a url containing the macro $HOSTGROUPNAME$. I am also using $HOSTNAME$ in the same url specification. The $HOSTNAME$ macro expands correctly, but the $HOSTGROUPNAME$ macro does not expand at all and the resulting url simply contains the unexpanded “$HOSTGROUPNAME$” in it.
Anyone had similar behavior and found a fix?
