I’m looking for way to add additional information within the email notification associated with the service.
Like: adding a URL link to internal wiki that the operator could click it.

never did it… but what about defining a macro which in turn uses $hostaddress$ or somthing similar? the wiki should in turn support pages addressed using hostaddress obviously…
