With nagios 2.0rc2 nagiostats is included, but I cannot find in the documentation on how to configure nagios/nagiostat so that it will display graphs.
Also with nagios 2.0rc2 I cannot find nagiostat.cgi.

the included nagiostats (not nagiostat) has nothing to do with the nagiostat package.
it’s an executable which returns nagios status data.
just run it.
