Internal Server Error

Hi

I have installed and configured Nagios . I am able to login succesfully. However when I try to see service status its saying:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I see nagios is working fine as nagios.log shows. I see some issue in web server logs:

denied: exec of ‘/usr/local/nagios/sbin/status.cgi’ failed, referer:

Please tell me whats wrong here.

./configure most likely complained about gd libs. Try it again.

i have the very same question, but i know that the gd library is working fine

i don’t know how it happened but i solved the problem i had.
one thing is for sure, i compiled+installed+configured nagios 2.5 using the docs
(i’ve been using/installing nagios for almost a year now, form version 1.:evil:
so i know a little bit about it (but i still find something new every time)

this morning i updated my fedora core 5 (by chance), it took me almost 2 hours but the problems with the web interface were solved (nagios was already working fine)

so what can i say? update your linux version and as all nagios experts say
FOLLOW THE DOCUMENTATION!
