Issues getting right MIB for Nortel baystack switches

Hi all,

New to nagios and have set up all ok but having issues setting up checking snmp for

  1. Fan Status (Checking fans have not failed)
  2. VLAN (Return the VLANS configured on the switch)
  3. System up time
  4. ANything else useful.

Can anyone supply the MIBS or OIDS for Baystack 450, 470, BPS2000, 5510 and 8600’s…

Go to Nortel site and on support page go to advanced search. In Software and Tools section serach for “mib” string and it will find all available MIBs you can download from them. Maybe there are some RFC MIBs you could use to get the info you want from the switch.
