Monitoring the host through the VPN by using nagios

I’m new on nagios and centos.

Did somebody here can teach how to monitoring a several host through the vpn using nagios ? Please i need it…

I’m using Centos 5.3 nagios 3.2…

You can just enable checks “check_host_alive” for the hosts that you want to monitor. Since they are (I suppose) in the same VPN this should be no problem at all.

If you need any other info feel free to ask but docs are quite well documented.
