Multiple texts and user permissions questions

Hey there.

We’re considering implementing Nagios as a monitoring systems but need 2 features that I can’t seem to put my finger on:

  1. If an alert isn’t acknowledged, repeated texts every 10 minutes until it is (already got texts working during certain time periods but need multiple)

  2. If we have a graph to show uptime for example, allowing a user to view their information though nothing else in the system

If anyone can clarify the possibilities it would be much appreciated.

  1. make sure you have “notification_interval 10” in your service definitions

  2. There are a lot of graphing solutions that will take nagios input. depending on your needs, check out:
