Nagios 3.0.3 cgi problem

Hello.
I’ve got the problem with cgis. When I’ve clicked to any links in nagios web interface, like status.cgi. Apache was said

What is that? I’ve updated nagios from 2.x to 3.0.3.

Are you sure you have configured apache.conf and cgi.cfg in your /etc/nagios/ folder properly?

Sure, it’s strange problem, sometimes it happened once in a hour, some times once in a day, sometimes this error stay 2-3 hours. I cant resolve thing that cause this error.
