I want to set alerts for nagios so that instead of sending an email, run a url. This is because we configured an SMS alert system when run a URL.

look for notify-by-mail in the commands.cfg file.

copy the email command, rename it, execute what you want… 
Thank you very much, it works. Now I see that was a stupid question, but if I got other people need to pass variables to the url nagios modifying the command.cfg. It was really easy but I started thinking about scripts and I lie.
