I am having issues with the NDOutils. I get the following errors:
ndomod: Still unable to connect to data sink. 6912 items lost, 5000 queued items to flush.
I can login using mysql -u nagiosndo -p password nagios and see things just fine. I have tried to change the user to the mysql root user and no luck either. I have a basic default install, centos 5, yum installed everything except ndo. I have phpmyadmin as well and can see that there is data in the tables.
Any help would be great!!

I think I may have found part of the puzzle for some odd reason I re-ran the /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db-2x -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg command again and restarted the nagios service and its working???
check broker configuration
like this:
broker_module=/usr/bin/ndomod-3x.o config_file=/etc/nagios/ndomod.cfg
not for this guy, he’s on nagios v2. Plus the thread is over a year old.
ok:
broker_module=/usr/bin/ndomod-2x.o config_file=/etc/nagios/ndomod.cfg
