Notifications Blank "Date" and Blank "Info"

Nagios Version: 3.0.6

For some reason on the email notifications there is no information under “date” and “info”. Can anyone help me with this?

check the macros used in the email command against those in the documentation… porbably there’s something wrong… or maybe for some reason the date command isn’t available on your system?
