Hi - I apologize, I know this is more of a Unix question, but I am new to this world and not sure where to ask. If you could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
I have downloaded the tar.gz for NPRE and moved it onto a host computer (another linux box, not the Nagios server. I want to monitor this host) along with the Nagios Plugins. I unpack the NRPE fine,and run ./configure without any apparent problem, but when I run Make Install or Make it tells me there is no target.
The instructions clearly say I must run the Make Install. I have R&R’d this several times. Any ideas? THanks
