PROBLEM Service Alert: My citrix Server/Memory Usage is UNKN

Hi All,

    I am getting this error "PROBLEM Service Alert: My citrix Server/Memory Usage is UNKNOWN" and "PROBLEM Service Alert: My citrix Server/Uptime is UNKNOWN" from one of windows client, details are as below.

PROBLEM Service Alert: My citrix Server/Memory Usage is UNKNOWN

Notification Type: PROBLEM
Service: Memory Usage
Host: My citrix Server
Address: xx.x.xx.x
State: UNKNOWN
Date/Time: Fri Mar 5 13:21:33 IST 2010
Additional Info:
NSClient - ERROR: Failed to get PDH value.

PROBLEM Service Alert: My citrix Server/Uptime is UNKNOWN

Can any one help me in this issue.

Have you tried pulling this plugin out and running it manually?
