I use nagios to monitor our servers, and would like to publish a monthly report of availability on a per host basis, but only a monthly summary, not live data.
Anyone know how to push the data from Nagios ?

A cron job with lynx could possibly do it, you would probably have some problem with the links… but it seems like a good start.
