Does it simply stop notifications or does it stop the active/passive checks as well? I had assumed that it would stop all activity for a host, and sometimes it seems to do that, but sometimes I set it and it only stops notifications, the logs still fill with attempts to check services on those hosts. Would somebody clarify for me?
