we have a distributed monitoring setup (3 servers) and enabled passive checks as well. So the clients transmit their check results via NSCA.
Recently I was asked for reports containing service check, thresholds and contacts. As this information is spread out in our environment (thresholds are on the clients only because of the passive checks), I wrote some perl scripts to do this job.
I’m wondering if there is an easier way to do this job for a permanent setup (plugin, tool,…). Thanks for your feedback in advance.
