Resolve Ticketing System

Hi everyone. First time poster here so be gentle. :frowning:

We currently us Nagios to monitor our network and our call center uses the “Resolve” [www.resolve.com](hyperlink url) ticketing system. Has anyone had any success integrating the two? For example, instead of having Nagios send an alert email it would open a ticket in resolve?
