Segmentation fault

Hi,

  Trying to install nrpe on sunfire x4450 server with RHEL5.2 64-bit. nrpe has been installed successfully but,  while trying to to start the nrpe service is fires segmentation fault error. 

 !!! Can some one guide me.

are you compiling from source or installing some “RPM” package? any errors during cofigure/compile?

Hi,

I have complied from source and there were no error during compile. I get the error while starting the nrpe service.

Hi,

I have recompiled both nagios-plugins and nrpe from scratch, now it’s working fine, I do not know what was problem earlier.
