I just installed Nagios using the quick start guide with relative ease. I installed one agent on to a Windows Server just to test and see how everything works before rolling out to the 30+ servers we have. I have tried to send e-mail notifications out and do not get them. I did install mailx as per quick guide instructions. this is the log file in nagios after trying to send e-mail (I did block ip address and e-mail addy for security purposes) Do I need to configure mailx and if so how is it done. Heads up I did point the e-mail to my addy in the nagios.cfg and contacts.cfg files.
Thank you for any help in advance
