I went to configure service escalations, only to discover that
- there is no support for a servicegroup_name entry; and
- there is no servicegroupescalation category.
The latter makes sense, since host{group,}escalations are now concatenated, but that there is no support to lump servicegroups in on an escalation really makes it difficult to configure escalations when you have upwards of 400 separate service descriptions on which to key in.
I would humbly request that servicegroups be made eligible for escalation in the next release.
