Upgrade from 3.0.3 to 3.0.6

Hello all,

I am thinking on upgrading my nagios. my OS is Centos 5 and nagios 3.0.3 , pnp graph has been running. What files or backup I should do before I upgrade and if something goes wrong what are the rollback options ? Can you point me upgrading steps on Centos 5 ?
