WinVista to become blue screen

Hi to Everybody,

This is my first time to post here , hopefully I can gain and share later within this forum

I’m not that geeky with this tool but I used (2 to 3 times) this before with my previous company.

I’m trying to run Wireshark again because I was required to get a protocol event.

My basic question today is: My windows vista becomes “Blue Screen” when starting to run a capture. What should I do to avoid this problem?

Let’s start with the basics. First you should restart your computer. Then you should get rid of anything to do with WireShark. Then you should clean up your system and make sure all of your registries are okay, then you should try again. Also consider upgrading your system…
