"Active" check box greyed out in nagiosql for contact data

Hi,

I have a Nagios 3.2.3 installed on Centos 5.6 and the WebGUI I am using is Nagiosql. On WebUI Nagiosql --> Alerting --> Contact data “IT-desk” one of the contact shows “Active” check box greyed out. I have attached screenshot of the same.

This contact is the administrator of Nagios and crucial point of contact for sending alerts. I receive emails sent for this contact data by nagios. All other contacts “Active” status can be changed except for this one. Is this a problem and how do I fi it?
