Adding multiple hosts or Autodiscover: Methods?

Hi folks,

What is the de facto method of adding a couple hundred hosts to Nagios? Or is there an Autodiscover method I haven’t found?

I found this white paper on monitoring 100s hosts dynamically. I haven’t used it but thought of using it. Basically it explains using amazon ec2. But with little effort you can customize based on your infrastructure.
