I have searched the forum, but couldn’t find what I am looking for.
Setup
I have a clean Nagios 3.0.6 installation which is working fine. The current setup is that Nagios critical/warning alerts are being notified to Mcell (Master cell) which in turn forwards to Remedy to create tickets (for Incident Management). Currently all the critical alerts are being logged as P1 ticket.
Requirement
Is there a way where we can inform Mcell to consider as P1 ticket or P2 ticket.
Is it possible to pass a parameter to Mcell for the same?
