Advanced notification settings problems

Hello,

I installed Nagios on a server few days ago. I am new to this, but finally I succeeded.

My problem is on the advanced notification settings. I need nagios alerts notify me of services only when the host is functioning properly.

If a host goes down, I do not want emails from each service that is monitored, only the mail to notify me of the fall of the host.

If someone could guide me, I would serve as helpful.

i look for the same configuration … did u find anything ?
or we have to modify the nagios code to send notifications as we need ?
