Capture file link downloaded using specific downloader

I was trying to capture the download link to the Google Talk Plugin found here google.com/talk/
When you download the said plugin from that page you get a file (currently) named GoogleVoiceAndVideoSetup.exe about 0.5 MB that by itself acts only as a downloader for the real plugin.

So I tried URLSnooper to catch the real plugin link to no avail and then tried Wireshark that is so professional as I don’t know how to work with it!

Finally how can I get the full package download link for Google Talk Plugin using Wireshark?

i also have the same question. if i am downloading a file say from xxxx website. what should be the filter i should apply in order to capture the logs in wireshark?
