I installed nagios and I can see the page on a browser, homewere when I click on service detail, tactical overview etc it try to download the cgi instead of showing it any suggetsions?

You have to properly configure your apache.cfg and cgi.cfg in /etc/nagios:
nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/2_0/installweb.html
nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/configcgi.html
Or maybe the Apache itself:
httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/howto/cgi.html
