check_nt_service problem

Am using check_nt_service to check the various services running on my W2K machines. Everything works fine except for when I want to monitor the Lotus Domino services.

The service is called: Lotus Domino Server (LotusDominoData) but when I put in the command check_nt_service!Lotus Domino Server (LotusDominoData) or check_nt_service!LotusDominoData I either get the error of NO OUTPUT or LotusDominoData: Unknown.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

How about using quotes to enclose the service name?

That seems to have done it… ‘Lotus Domino Server (LotusDominoData)’
