Controlling one server via another server

Hello everybody,

I’d like to control a server (I’ll call it “server A” ) with nagios, but I don’t want to open the port 80 on “server A” which is needed for the http-access.

Is it possible to install nagios on another server (“server B”) that is in the same domain as “server A” and let control nagios the “server A”.
On the “server B” the port 80 is open.

Debian is installed on both servers.

Thank you very much
