Email notifications missing "Info:" and "Date

Hi,

The email notifications are working, but they are missing some information for, such as Info, Desc, and Date/Time. I checked commands.cfg, and the notify-by-email and host-notify-by-email each have the correct macro ($SERVICEOUTPUT$ AND $HOSTOUTPUT$, respectively, as well as $LONGDATETIME$). Any thoughts on why these macros are empty?

can you post the entire command and someone might be able to spot the problem
