i am pretty new to nagios (just 4 days up), now the check_ping,swapusage,http check all are working fine, also along with this i need to monitor a java app log if it has some defined error message? in this connection i got some document from (cs.umb.edu/~rouilj/sec_nagio … manual.txt), , after going thru this document carefully, i tried configuring the secalivecheck, but still the nagios shows CRITICAL: Critical freshness check called for SecAliveCheck.
can anyone guide me please?
