My nagios server (fedora 15) is also my backup server (amanda). Every night when the backups run, nagios reports that one out of three windows servers is down. The windows servers are NOT backed up by this machine.
Where do I start to debug this?
maybe the windows server is doing it’s own backup and doesn’t respond to queries by nagios? can you test the queries from another box?
