hi all,
i wanted to use nrpe for gathering information from some of our servers in our LAN,but i had to test it firt on my computer,so i used my computer as nagios server and remote client, and i got the right answer,
now i want to test it on two systems,one as nagios server and another the remote one,but i am confused about installing nrpe,is it be installed on both computers?
which one should it be configured and compiled ? on both?
oh,i need a compelete reference about this issue !!!

Whenever I install nrpe, I follow the README that is included with the source. To repeat word for word what is already documented, is redundant. Try the docs and it explains what goes on remote, what goes on local, etc.
