How to add a service to nagios

Hi everyone,

Please i want you to help me on how to add a service on nagios. I have a four application that is attached to one Ip , and i want configure Nagios to be monitoring each application differently.

180.54.345.4:8090/iweb
180.54.345.4:8090/imobile
180.54.345.4:8090/mweb
180.54.345.4:8090/mmobile

Please i will be glad if u guys can help me on this.
