How to configure service escalations

I have defined a service escalation on host level which has three steps to

Notification 1 - 1 mail to helpdesk
Notification 2 - 9 mail to helpdesk and individuals
Notification 10 - 0 helpdesk, individuals and management

This works without any problem.

In the service_escaltion.cfg is definition for * services and the escalation

Now I want to define a exception for a singel service on the same host which has a quicker escalation path as follows:

Notification 1 - 1 mail to helpdesk
Notification 2 - 5 mail to helpdesk and individuals
Notification 6 - 0 helpdesk, individuals and management

In the service_escaltion.cfg is definition for * services and the escalation on top of this there is a single escalation for the service with it’s escalation.
As you can see there is an overlap in notifications from 6 - 10 for the defined escalation path.

Whatever I do the escalation seems to follow the escalation defined on the host level. The individual service escalation will not start.

Any ideas
