Is there any way to allow HTML output from plugins?

Hi folks,

I’m not talking about HTML that goes to the console, I realize that you can enable that via “escape_html_tags=0”. But that does not prevent Nagios from stripping the HTML that one might want to send via an email notification, which is what I want to do. Is there any way to get around this?
