Nagios refresh timeout

Hi friends,

Nagios plugin refresh timeout or check interval to check a service/disk space is depend on these three parameters.

  1. MAx Check Attempts
  2. Normal Check Interval
  3. Retry Check Interval

I have kpt them to 2,2,1 respectively still nagios is not checking my servers regularly sometimes it give alerts after 1 hour sometime after 3 hours.

Can anybody help me in this issue?

I’m sorry, but I think the lack of answers comes from the fact that you don’t give enough info.
Could you post here some parts of your config files ?

This will violet our security policy. Please do not mind.

The simple is i want that nagios should give me alerts quickly and contineously suppose thrice in 5 minutes like that.
