New server not showing up in web

Hello,

This seems kinda stupid, but i am running nagios3.03 on ubuntu for a while now with no problems. Just recently, i added a server to the /usr/local/nagios/etc/servers/servername.cfg and restarted nagios with no errors.
ie:basic ping/web monitoring only.

The problem is that it does not show up in the web. Does anyone have an idea?

was able to solve error.

for some reason the /usr/local/nagios/var/objects.cache lost its readwrite permissions. once corrected, everything show up fine.
